Shipping & Returns


Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a notification via email to let you know your package is on it's way. 

Holiday Shipping Notice: Please note that order processing may be delayed up to 7 business days during sale events due to traffic and order volume. If for any reason you need your order expedited, please email us at and we will let you know if we are able to get your order out earlier for you!

International Shipping: International packages are shipped both UPS and USPS. All International orders may have additional fees/taxes/duties once arriving to their destination country. These fees are not covered in your order with us and are the responsibility of the buyer. 


Exchange/Store Credit

If for any reason you would like to receive a store credit or exchange, follow our guidelines below to initiate the process. We will do our best to provide you with your correct size/item for exchanges and will issue store credit in the event you'd like to decide later. We do recommend inspecting and trying on all items to ensure proper fit before removing tags/washing to ensure any returns can be made within the allotted 30 day return window. In the event you ordered the wrong size, please email us at and we will set aside your correct size when available!

Returns for qualifying items may be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of your purchase.  Please ensure you meet the following criteria for our policy:

  1. Garment(s) is unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging intact.
  2. Parcel is postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date. Items returned outside of this window may be rejected.  
  3. Item was not purchased one sale during a sale event.

Shipping costs (including customs/duties/taxes when applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please utilize return shipping that offers tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Sale items are final sale

Pacifiers and Bottles are not applicable for returns for sanitary reasons

  All returns will be processed within 3 business days of arriving to our facility. Once approved, store credit will be issued via email or an exchange will be arranged. Holiday and end of season sales are all FINAL sales. Please contact us via email at for sizing inquiries or with additional questions if you need help with an order. Faulty Items

We do our best to fully inspect all orders before delivery. In the rare event that you receive an item damaged before or during transit, please alert us immediately via with a description and photos showing the damage. We accept returns for faulty items 14 days from purchase date. Because of this, please inspect your order upon arrival. Please note that items damaged by general wear/fabric snags/etc. or incorrect washing will not qualify as faulty.
