Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange, follow our guidelines below to initiate the process. We will do our best to provide you with your correct size/item for exchanges. We do recommend inspecting and trying on all items to ensure proper fit before removing tags/washing to ensure any returns can be made within the allotted 30 day exchange window. 

- Exchanges may be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.  

- Garments must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging intact. 

* Shipping costs (including customs/duties/taxes when applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. 

* Sale items are final sale

 

Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us immediately via info@augustriverco.com with a description and photos showing the damage.
